I have recently received a few more questions about 2TouchPOS's report feature here they are:


  • How much historical data is maintained?
Historical Data is organized into report formats that can be sorted by date. Raw Data can also be accessed through Data Key.  


  • Will the system give us warning is there are excessive functions (voids, no sales, etc..)?
The system provides report data that can be used in any manner as needed. And yes;  the report data can be used to show that excessive functions occurred.


 
  • Is the data drillable?
Yes, especially the data that can be accessed through Data Key.
