The Past Year in Retrospect

Let’s take a moment to think about the past year in retrospect.   We have grown and we continue to expand what we offer our customers.   It was a great year and we look forward to experiencing the same momentum in the year ahead.   At 2TouchPOS, we had a very hectic year.   We have been expanding our territory working to create an additional physical location in Florida.     It’s not just about the location itself; it’s about finding out what customers need and how to meet their needs and exceed expectations.   Focusing on Florida is helping our business to move forward because we spent time getting to know about our competition and learning about what we need to do to stay ahead of the technological trends.   We know more about what our competition has to offer; and we have a better understanding of what we need to do during the upcoming year.   All I can say is that there are some great advances coming and we are planning to use what we know to give us an edge!   This

Success with 2TouchPOS I am not much of a procrastinator.   I think this has helped me in business.   I like to get out there and get it done before taking the time to breathe.   When an opportunity appears, I do not hesitate.   I do however listen carefully to what is offered and research to weigh the possibilities.   Then I do not delay.   I think that this approach has enabled me to gain a level of success that has opened many doors.   Some people may think I jump into things.   However, I look at it as trying new ideas expanding the knowledge base and moving forward with what I believe are good business practices or ideas.   There are times when an idea may turn out to be one that was miscalculated.   I don’t let these miscalculations throw me off track as what I have learned through these experiences has provided me with priceless business insights that I can then share with my partners.   Because I am not a procrastinator when opportunities arise; the doors open and I c

Credit Card Processing.... It is just one of those scenarios that we go through with new customers. Sometimes it just isn't realized how much it takes to establish a seamless connection to the Credit Card Processor. HR and the 2TouchPOS System

Business Management Software! 2TouchPOS is a business management software . Recently we have received questions regarding what 2Touch can do to assist with employee data management. Employees can use the 2TouchPOS system to collect payroll information. There is a great time clock and messaging feature that can be used to manage employee payroll and shift messaging. Once the employee records are created they can be downloaded and used to generate payroll. The data is accessed through our Data Key system. We were also asked about employee record keeping. 2Touch does offer light record keeping options that your managers may need access to; however employee tax forms and social security numbers should be kept on file in your human resources records vault. Order Routing

Yes we have several ways to route your order! Our Software has options for the routing of orders. The setup of printing pathways for menu items to be sent to printers located throughout your establishment can be configured using several different methods. For example 2TouchPOS allows for bar items to print at the bar printer, whereas food menu items will print to kitchen printer. We can drill down deeper to include Cold Kitchen Prep Areas vs. Hot Kitchen Areas . Fryers vs. Line Prep.   And.... if you have designated personnel who need to have requisitions sent based upon their position designation;  the system can accommodate that the minute these employees clock in! Some Great Questions from our Perspective Customers!

Todays Business Owner is definitely asking the RIGHT questions. I am amazed at how careful proprietors are watching their numbers! This is great to see and 2TouchPOS supports this concept. I have recently received a few more questions about 2TouchPOS's report feature here they are: How much historical data is maintained? Historical Data is organized into report formats that can be sorted by date. Raw Data can also be accessed through Data Key.    Will the system give us warning is there are excessive functions (voids, no sales, etc..)? The system provides report data that can be used in any manner as needed. And yes;  the report data can be used to show that excessive functions occurred.   Is the data drillable? Are Reports Real Time???; Why Yes..Yes They Are! And More.

I have been answering questions about 2TouchPOS Reports!  And your most important question is.... Are reports real time? There are several ways to select how the data entered into the 2TouchPOS System can be drawn out.   Let's say you are busy, and you are the manager.   You haven't stopped all day; and you want to see what your status is.   You can touch any 2TouchPOS station on the floor and access the “Daily Report Preview”.   This feature will allow you to get instant access to a snapshot of your shift providing sales, amounts, server and check data.   A great way to see real-time data.   This can be refreshed every 30 seconds.     Next, of course we have our preconfigured report data that can be printed, emailed, or previewed at any time directly from the system.   There are end of shift reports that are set up to be emailed, printed and included in the end of shift process.   Then; there is Data Key.   Data Key is a feature that is part of our servi

Using Gift Cards to Boost your Revenue Stream!

With 2TouchPOS you have more than 1 option to run a successful gift card program! Gift Card Modes There are two different gift card modes, local and multi-store program. The local program is used for one location, whereas multi-store program is used for owners with multiple sites and gift cards can be used at any site.   Standard Local Program If the Local Program is selected, only gift cards activated at this location can be redeemed at this location. Local programs can be set up by the system administrator.   Promotional Gift Card Programs These programs must be set up by 2TouchPOS and can only be used in the Local Gift Card Mode.
